1. Your postings may lack detail. Consider whether your potential business partners might require more information than you have provided.

2. If your posting is not a recent one, it may have slipped in the search result rankings. For best results, regularly update and repost your trade leads and product listings.

3. Do you require additional promotion? Reinforce your postings by running Banner Ads on FPDisplay.com.

4. Trust brings more business opportunities! Subscribe to FPDisplay Gold Suppliers (Mainland China) or TrustPass (Outside mainland China).

5. Submit your Product Catalog and Company Profile URLs at FPDisplay to popular search engines such as Yahoo and Google to draw more traffic.

How can I send more messages to buyers? Top

As a free member, you may send one message to a Global Buyer within a 24 hours period. For unrestricted access to buyers, you can upgrade your membership to Gold Suppliers (Mainland China) or TrustPass (outside mainland China).

Why can't I find the feedback I was notified about in my Feedback Center? Top

Please note that as a free member, you can save up to a maximum of 30 inquires in your "Feedback Center" Inbox. If your Inbox is full, you will have to delete some feedbacks in order to receive new ones.

Why has the message I sent been returned to me? Top
Delivery failures can have many possible causes, such as DNS error, cancelled account, mis-spelling, full receiver mailbox, etc.

Meanwhile, due to the growing problem of spam on the internet, an increasing number of email providers automatically block mail from widely used web mail services such as hotmail, etc., or even from addresses such as @FPDisplay-inc.com. Our technical staff is working on a solution to this. In the meantime, we suggest that you try sending your inquiry to other traders at our site.

How do I send Inquiries or Quotations? Top

On the page of the message that interests you:

1. Click "Inquire Now" or "Send Quotation";

2. Fill out the form;

3. Click "Send"

What's Inquiry Basket? Top

Inquiry Basket works like a shopping cart that allows our buyer and paid supplier members greater convenience when searching or browsing FPDisplay.com.

Simply check items of interest and then click "Add to Basket." You can add up to a maximum of twenty items to Inquiry Basket and continue searching. When you are ready, you can send all your Inquiries simultaneously.
