How can I make changes to my member information? |

| To modify your registered member information
such as email address, simply take the following steps:
1. Sign in at My Office www.FPDisplay.com/myoffice;
2. Click "Edit Member Profile" under "My Profile."
(If you are a TrustPass member, an email containing a special
URL will be sent to your registered email address. Click the
URL when you receive it);
3. Modify your registered information;
4. Submit when done.

What can I do if I forget my Member ID? |

If you forget your FPDisplay Member ID, please provide us with
your registered email address and as much as possible of the
other information that you gave during registration, such as
company name, contact name, telephone number, and so on. This
will enable us to verify your identity.
You can mail your request to customer service.
Once your identity is verified, your Member ID will be sent
to your registered email address.

Can I change my Member ID? |

Sorry, but no. For security reasons, each FPDisplay account is
exclusive to an individual Member ID.
However, you can create a new Member ID by re-registering at
http://www.FPDisplay.com/members/default.asp.
If you will no longer be using your original account and Member
ID, please send a quick email to customer service to inform
them, and we will deactivate the old one for you.

How can I cancel my membership? |

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our website or services,
please tell us by sending an email. Your suggestions and comments
are always highly appreciated.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please send us your
Member ID and password. This is for verification purposes. Once
your identity has been verified, we will close your account.

Why can't I change my registered country/territory? |

Please be aware that FPDisplay does not allow our members to
change their country or territory registration independently.
If the country or territory that you registered is no longer
an accurate description of your primary business location, please
send your suggested modification to customer service. Our customer
service team will then make the change for you.
