Why can't I post my product? Top

To post a product, please take the following steps:

1. Sign in at "My Office" ( www.FPDisplay.com/myoffice ) ;

2. Click "Post A New Product" in "My Products";

3. Complete the product description; and click "Select From Your Photo Bank" to select a photo;

4. Click "Post Your Product" when done.(* means required information.)

If your product post fails, please check for the following possible causes:

1. Did not input all required information (indicated by * ):
Please insure that all required fields have been completed.

2. Unable to display the category menu.
If you use Netscape, please upgrade to 5.0 or above.
If you use IE (Internet Explorer), please take the following steps to enable the Javascript function:

1) Click "Tools" on the menu bar of the browser;

2) Select "Internet Options";

3) Click "Security":

4) In "Security", you can select "Default" to restore settings, or select "Customize" to set the JavaScript as enabled.
Once your browser is enabled to support JavaScript, you can continue to complete the form.

3. No response:
The network may be experiencing difficulties. Please try again later to post your product.

If you are still unable to complete your product post successfully, please contact Customer Service with your Member ID, telling them about the error message, and we will sort it out.

Why can't I find the product that I posted on the site? Top

If you are unable to locate your product on FPDisplay, please check for the following possible causes:

1. Make sure that you are searching correctly. For quickest results, search for your product by inputting keywords that you entered when posting. Select "Products", and then click "Search" and your product should be listed in the Search Results.

2. If your product was posted within the last 24 hrs, then it is still being processed by our editing team and should appear on the site shortly. You will be notified by email when your product posting is published.

3. Make sure that your product has been displayed online. If not, then please display by clicking "Remove/Display Products" in "My Products."

4. Make sure that you have not posted your information in "Trade Leads" rather than "Product Catalog."

If you still experience difficulties, please send an email to Customer Service, including your Member ID and the subject of your product posting, and we will follow up.

How do I modify/delete my product information? Top

To modify or delete product information:

To modify your product information, please take the following steps:

1. Sign in at My Office: www.FPDisplay.com/myoffice ;

2. Click "Edit/Delete Products" in "My Products" ;

3. Click the product's name to edit product profile;

4. Check the details and update your product information; select a photo from your Photo Bank to replace the original one;

5) Click "Edit Your Product."

After review and approval by our editors, your modified product posting will be published online within twenty four hours. You will be notified by email of your successful posting.

To delete product information, please take the following steps:

1. Sign in at My Office: www.FPDisplay.com/myoffice ;

2. Click "Edit/Delete Products" in "My Products";

3. Check the box(es) beside the product(s) you want to delete and click "Delete"

How do I import information from existing/previous product postings? Top

To import information from existing product postings to new ones:

1. Sign in at My Office: www.FPDisplay.com/myoffice ;

2. Click "Post A New Product" in "My Products";

3. Choose an existing product posting from the product list, and click "Import. The information from the existing product posting will be entered in the new product posting automatically;

4. Make any necessary modifications;

5. Click "Post My Product" to submit.

Why does nothing happen after I click "Select a category"? Top

If nothing happens after you click "Select a category", the most probable cause is that your browser does not support JavaScript:

You can solve this problem by the following actions:

If you use Netscape, please upgrade to 5.0 or above.

Why does your system keep saying that my information is not in English? Top

Please insure that all information you input is in English, including punctuation. Any information that is not recognised as English will be highlighted in red, alerting you that it must be changed.
