To post a product, please take the following steps:
1. Sign in at "My Office" ( www.FPDisplay.com/myoffice
) ;
2. Click "Post A New Product" in "My Products";
3. Complete the product description; and click "Select
From Your Photo Bank" to select a photo;
4. Click "Post Your Product" when done.(* means required
information.)
If your product post fails, please check for the following
possible causes:
1. Did not input all required information (indicated by * ):
Please insure that all required fields have been completed.
2. Unable to display the category menu.
If you use Netscape, please upgrade to 5.0 or above.
If you use IE (Internet Explorer), please take the following
steps to enable the Javascript function:
1) Click "Tools" on the menu bar of the browser;
2) Select "Internet Options";
3) Click "Security":
4) In "Security", you can select "Default"
to restore settings, or select "Customize" to set
the JavaScript as enabled.
Once your browser is enabled to support JavaScript, you can
continue to complete the form.
3. No response:
The network may be experiencing difficulties. Please try again
later to post your product.
If you are still unable to complete your product post successfully,
please contact Customer Service with your Member ID, telling
them about the error message, and we will sort it out.
