Trade Leads

Why can't I post my trade lead? Top

If you are experiencing problems posting trade leads, please make sure you have followed the correct procedure:

1. Sign in at My Office: www.FPDisplay.com/myoffice ;

2. Click "Post A New Trade Lead" in "My Trade Leads";

3. Fill out the form; (* means required information.)

4. (Optional) Link your product picture to the trade lead;

5. Click "Post it now."

If you are still unable to post your trade lead, please check for the following possible causes:

1. Did not input all required information (indicated by * ):

Please insure that all required fields have been completed.

2. Unable to select industry category, because your server is not enabled for Java:
If you use Netscape, please upgrade to a 5.0 or later version.

If you use Internet Explorer, please take the following steps to enable the Javascript function:

1. Click "Tools" on the menu bar of the browser;

2. Select "Internet Options";

3. Click the "Security" tag;

4. In the "Security" section, you can select "Default" to restore the settings, or select "Customize" to set the JavaScript as enabled.

After your browser has been enabled to support JavaScript, you can complete the form.

3. The network is experiencing difficulties:
Please try again later to post your trade lead.

If you still require help with posting your trade lead, please contact Customer Service by sending us your Member ID and the error message, and we will follow up.

Why can't I find the trade lead that I posted on the site? Top

If you are unable to locate your trade lead on FPDisplay, please check for the following possible causes:

1. Make sure that you are searching correctly. For quickest results, search for your trade lead by inputting keywords that you entered when posting. Select "Trade Leads", and then click "Search" and your product should be listed in the Search Results.

2. If your trade lead was posted within the last twenty four hours, then it is still being processed by our editing team and should appear on the site shortly. You will be notified by email when your trade lead posting is published.

3. Make sure that you have not posted your trade lead in "Product Catalog" rather than "Trade Leads."

If you still experience difficulties, please send an email to Customer Service, including your Member ID and the subject of your trade lead, and we will follow up.

How do I post trade leads with photos? Top

To attach a product photo to your trade leads, you need first to post a product with photo and display it online. (For help on how to post a product, please refer to the Product Catalog section of Help Center). After you have posted your product photo online you are then able to select and link it to your trade lead:

1. Sign in at My Office www.FPDisplay.com/myoffice ;

2. Click "Post A New Trade Lead" in "My Trade Leads";

3. Fill out the form;

4. Select a photo from your product list;

5. Click "Post it now".

How do I repost/edit/delete my trade leads? Top

¡¤ To repost your trade lead, please take the following steps:

1. Sign in at "My Office ": www.FPDisplay.com/myoffice ;

2. Click "Manage My Trade Leads" in "My Trade Leads";

3. Select the trade lead you want to repost;

4. Click "Repost".

After review and approval by our editors, your trade lead will be posted online within twenty four hours. You will be notified by email of your successful posting.

¡¤ To modify your trade lead, please take the following steps:

1. Sign in at "My Office": www.FPDisplay.com/myoffice ;

2. Click "Manage My Trade Leads" in "My Trade Leads";

3. Click "edit" beside the trade lead you want to edit;

4. Edit your trade lead;

5. Click "Post it now" to submit.

After review and approval by our editors, your modified trade lead will be published online within twenty four hours. You will be notified by email of your successful posting.

¡¤ To delete your trade lead, please take the following steps:

1. Sign in at "My Office": www.FPDisplay.com/myoffice ;

2. Click "Manage My Trade Leads" in "My Trade Leads";

3. Select the trade lead you want to delete;

4. Click "Delete".

The trade leads will be removed from your trade leads list immediately, and taken off FPDisplay.com within twenty four hours.

What are the function of keywords? Top

Appropriate keywords will help suitable customers to find your products more effectively through keyword search. So please take care to select relevant keywords when posting your trade lead.

Why does your system keep saying that my information is not in English? Top

Please insure that all information you input is in English, including punctuation. Any information that is not recognised as English will be highlighted in red, alerting you that it must be changed.
